We acknowledge that we work on the stolen ancestral homelands of Indigenous peoples. Portland, Oregon sits on the traditional lands of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, and the Tualatin Kalapuya peoples, who have lived, stewarded, and cultivated this land since time immemorial.

We recognize the enduring relationship these tribes have with this place and honor their past, present, and future. This acknowledgement is only a beginning; we commit to continued learning, accountability, and respect for Indigenous sovereignty, cultures, and wisdom.
