Mothers-to-be, we know you need some extra love while carrying a new life. This tincture is developed to support uterine health and boost vitamin and mineral intake. It’s a deeply nutritive tonic for all stages of pregnancy, new mothers, and is a fantastic women’s health tonic in general. Safe for nursing mothers.**

Raspberry Leaf is a mineral-rich uterine tonic known for its role in preparing and toning the womb for childbirth. Additionally, it is an important herb used to support overall women’s reproductive health throughout the childbearing years.**

Nettles are nutrient-packed wild spring herbs. They contain high levels of vitamins and minerals, including iron, calcium, potassium, folic acid, B vitamins, vitamin K, and essential amino acids. In addition, Nettle has some of the highest calcium levels when compared to other herbs.**

Alfalfa is encouraged during the lat trimester of pregnancy to decrease postpartum bleeding or chance of hemorrhaging. Alfalfa contains phosphorous, chlorine, sodium, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamin K, vitamin E and vitamin C. The high levels of vitamin K make it beneficial in helping the blood to coagulate and prevent the chances of bleeding during childbirth.**

Oatstraw provides nervous system and adrenal support. It is rich in minerals and nutrients such as silica, magnesium, phosphorus, chromium, iron, calcium, alkaloids, protein, the vitamin B complex, and vitamins A and C. As a nervine, oatstraw helps to soothe and restore nerves. It strengthens the nervous system, especially in times of stress, exhaustion, depression, overwork, or emotional trauma. Oatstraw helps fight symptoms of irritability, chronic fatigue, and lack of focus.**

Adults take 3-4 droppers as needed, up to five times per day. We recommend adding your tincture to water, coffee, tea, or juice.
