Oil Pulling Mouthwash
Our Oil Pulling Mouthwash Formula promotes complete oral health, freshens breath, reduces plaque and nourishes and detoxifies your mouth and gums. Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that cleanses and disinfects the whole mouth, and the added essential oils we have chosen offer additional pain relief for swollen and sensitive gums.

Directions for Use:
Practice oil pulling first thing in the morning before brushing teeth for the most benefits.
Shake the bottle well and use 1-2 teaspoons to swish around your mouth for 10-15 minutes. This sounds like a long time, but take the opportunity to start your morning tea or pot of coffee, read a poem, take a shower, or do some stretching!
While swishing, make sure you are using a pulling action to pull the oil between your teeth and across all oral surfaces.
After time is up, spit the oil into the garbage (just avoid the drain) and brush normally.
Repeat this practice 2-3 times per week.
